Where do we get our Enzymes?

They are naturally present in all raw food and in our bodies.

Three (3) Groups of Enzymes:

Metabolic Enzymes - Enzymes produced by our bodies, which is utilized for function, repair, and maintenance of our organs, tissues and cells.

Digestive Enzymes
- Enzymes produced by our bodies to aid us in digesting and absorbing the nutrients in the food we eat.

Food Enzymes
- Enzymes found in our food which functions not only digestion but also in the repair and maintenance of our bodies. This is probably the richest source of vital enzymes needed for our total well being. Unfortunately, this rich source of enzymes are usually destroyed when we process our food (cooking, pasteurization, adding chemical preservatives).

Result: We now eat less or no enzyme contents in our food. With this, our bodies try to cope by supplying some of the lost enzymes which cause it to work double time. In effect, faster wear and tear, as well as, a large enzymes imbalance. And this, eventually leads to poor digestion, poor absorption of nutrients, failure in proper bodily functions, repair and maintenance of our vital organs, tissues and cells. This commonly leads to various diseases and in some unfortunate cases, death.

This problem has a permanent solution!
